No submissions yet to our site so we’ll keep posting content from the web that involve Tech Support. Here we have a new show that just started today called generically, “Help Desk.” The show is a panel of experts from Microsoft answering questions from Microsoft’s Channel 9 forums, twitter, email, and friendfeed with the famous Chris Pirillo as the host.

I’ve embedded the first episode below. With this being microsoft’s site, be sure you have silverlight. Doh!

Since our site is so new (2 days old). I thought we should post some content from the web that gives everyone some example of good stories. This video cracked me up and demonstrates the frustration with tech support now a days. Enjoy.
