Since our site is so new (2 days old). I thought we should post some content from the web that gives everyone some example of good stories. This video cracked me up and demonstrates the frustration with tech support now a days. Enjoy.

I was working with an user on a computer access issue.
Their complaints were simple:
1. Their computer wasn’t responding.
2. Our support staff wasn’t responding fast enough
3. They wanted to know how to fix this next time.
